When was the last time you read a product manual? As consumers today, we expect our products to be intuitively designed. No one wants to read a book before they can clean or adjust their shaver. So, for the Shaver 9000 series, Philips’ innovation team turned to us for an engaging and innovative way to communicate key functions and instructions.

We started by brainstorming together how we could re-use existing assets to bring the printed product manual into the 21st century. The result was a touch-activated digital guide integrated into the Philips Grooming app for iOS and Android.
