The INDG team are looking for an Engagement Manager to join us at our Amsterdam office. Over the last 20 years, INDG has been producing stills, animations, sites, apps, AR and VR experiences. What brings these things together is two points: first, mostly we create everything as computer generated imagery (CGI); second, highlighting and promoting physical products is what drives us.

We are currently seeking an Engagement Manager to support successful engagements and deployments of our Grip platform with existing and potential customers.
As a Grip Engagement Manager, you will become the expert in our web-based software, and you will show an in-depth knowledge of its features, capabilities and characteristics. The main responsibilities of this job will be consultative selling, account planning and account management.
You must have the maturity, confidence, and experience to manage and partner with enterprise customers as well as the willingness, energy and technical ability to roll up your sleeves and work directly with the solution. This role requires an individual with self-starter skills and strengths in education of potential users, relationship building and contract negotiation.
Become a subject matter expert on the Grip platform and learn how to best apply the platform in different industries to support the individual client needs
Work with the product management and development organization to channel client feedback and solutions into future releases of the Grip product suite
Facilitate workshops and deliver onsite and remote training to align Grip with the client’s processes and objectives
Lead customers through decisions about the way they will configure and use Grip
Assist customer in the on-boarding (deployment and roll-out) of Grip into their business
Develop strong customer relationships that enable Grip to become a trusted advisor for our customer’s executives
Engage in consultative dialogue by leveraging industry expertise, technology solution knowledge, and consultative sales techniques to influence client decisions, create value, and meet immediate and long-term business requirements
Gather functional and business requirements from client and translate into a functional hosted solution design according to client needs and scope of Grip products and services
Relevant experience in software consulting, engagement management or program management experience, preferably in a SAAS B2B business
Experience in the FMCG business, CGI or creative business is a plus
Ability to present to multiple audiences, through a variety of methods, demonstrating deep knowledge of customer business priorities by actively shaping the offering to align with customer requirements
Ability to understand and communicate complex information and strategies
Ability to work in a fast-paced – start-up like, international, highly dynamic environment
