About us
The INDG team are looking for a Client Services Director to join us at our Amsterdam office. Over the last 20 years, INDG has been producing stills, animations, sites, apps, AR and VR experiences. What brings these things together is two points: first, mostly we create everything as computer generated imagery (CGI); second, highlighting and promoting physical products is what drives us.
Bikes, sneakers, juicers, shavers, beer, vacuums — our mission is to make every product playable. Companies like Yamaha, adidas, Electrolux, Honda and Ralph Lauren come to INDG not just for beautiful renders, but because of our love of products, materials and industrial design.
About the role
The Client Services Director is responsible for not only the management of our existing high-profile accounts but also for the development. With your experience, you’re able to demonstrate the breadth and depth of knowledge but also align our solutions to client business objectives and initiatives. You’ll have a complete overview of projects of our clients where you’ll monitor progress and completion whilst maintaining a complete helicopter view. The company’s future growth really depends on establishing proactively strong professional relationships and credibility with business executives in each specific account. In order to deliver, you’ll work closely with the rest of the sales team, marketing, project management, and senior management to create leverage across departments.
Responsibilities
Developing and managing the existing accounts of our top clients within the consumer products market
Educating clients on our offerings
Improving relations with high-potential clients in order to progress these accounts to the size of a key account
Keeping an overview on projects, monitoring progress while maintaining a helicopter view
Proactively establishing strong professional relationships and credibility with business executives within the industry
About you
High emotional intelligence and people skills, you’re a great listener, you’ve never forgotten your client’s son’s birthday and you’ll never think twice to hold the door open for the office cleaner
You’re a true specialist and a master of knowledge within your industry. You care about creativity and technology and can demonstrate what staying up-to-date with industry trends really means
From your experience, you have excellent strategic prospecting skills. You know your market inside out and when the right time is to nurture and build those relationships, even when leads go cold
