ROLE DESCRIPTION

As Technical Recruiter, you will be joining a small HR-team with big plans. With an ambitious strategy for 2017, we wish to strengthen our team by hiring top talent for key positions. You will have plenty of exposure to the fast-paced environment of INDG, giving you the opportunity to play a key role that will support the future of the organization. Within the HR-team, you will have your own responsibilities on which you can gradually build upon by getting involved in new areas. You take pride in identifying the best talent out there and build strong relationships with managers and stakeholders. You will have a strong work ethic, a strong eye for detail and are driven to make your mark.

Responsibilities

Recruitment & selection of all technical vacancies in Amsterdam, Bucharest & New York

 

Build, execute, and measure creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent and build strong pipelines

 

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process

 

Proactively understand and partner with the business units you are responsible for.

 Advise and train hiring managers

 

Participation in Tech meet-ups, open source events, hackathons, and other related IT events.

 

Actively contribute to employer branding via social media, events, job fairs, etc.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

Bachelor or Master Degree

 

Appropriate level of Recruitment experience with technical roles

 

Resilient and able to work in an organization that is undergoing change due to development and growth

 Ability to manage a high workload

 

 Demonstrates an “investigative” and “can do” approach and attitude

 

Excellent communication skills in English
