ROLE DESCRIPTION

We think our products are pretty cool, but those who could benefit, are typically even unaware of their existence. That’s where you come in. We are looking for an independent, creative and prolific Marketing Operations Director with a genuine interest in online trends, 3D technology and the latest interactive applications.

 

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Marketing Operations Director will run all campaigns and manage the marketing team including Content Marketing and Lead Generation. The Marketing Operations Director is the owner of the marketing plan, both in the creation of it, as well as the execution.

 

Goals include: launching products in specific market segments, driving the sales pipeline, empowering sales, supporting events, and fueling PR and influencer relations. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and management skills.

Responsibilities

Running all launches and campaigns, including reporting and analytics

 

Managing the marketing team (lead generation and content marketing)

 

Growing the database of prospects and drive leads with inbound marketing tactics such as search engine optimization, social media, landing page conversion testing, online advertising, cold calling, LinkedIn and email marketing.

 

Perform analysis of (historical) marketing data and reporting.

Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine the process to convert customers.

 

Make data-driven decisions to move the team forward and hit company goals.

 

Manage agencies and freelancers.


Grow the team through hiring and training.

Required Skills

MA/MS degree or equivalent working experience.

 

A native-level of spoken and written English.

 

Proven experience in creating content for the web across several media types and formats — text, design, video, blog posts, podcasts, whitepapers, etc., as well as channel-specific knowledge — SlideShare, Facebook, Twitter, etc.

 

Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adapt style, tone, and voice.

Hands-on knowledge of online marketing techniques and tools, digital media and software

 

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.

 

5+ years in marketing and specifically experience in managing teams
